“I have always considered the Muaka & Kane-Ra set to be among the best toys of Bionicle's original run. Their huge maws and neck-extending action fascinated me from the start. Finally, after almost a decade, I can hold the models in my hands and get a better taste of them.... More The set offers two nearly identical Rahi models, Muaka the tiger, and Kane-Ra the bull. Both are built with the same design, and differ only in their color schemes and their respective animal features (the Muaka has ears and claws, for example, while Kane-Ra sports horns and hooves).”

About Bionicle Rahi

Rahi are non-intelligent creatures in BIONICLE that live in the wild. Most Rahi vehicles and characters were created by the Brotherhood of Makuta whose original job was to create and alter creatures as needed. Even though most Rahi are little more than generic creatures a few have appeared in prominent roles in the BIONICLE storyline.

Rahi consists of 6 sets that ran from 2001 to 2003. As of today, 8539 Manas is the most valuable Rahi set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $517.

Fighting tooth and claw!
With sharp claws and powerful jaws, Muaka is a fierce tiger-like beast - and Kane-Ra's sharp horns make him just as dangerous! When wearing infected masks, they are among Makuta's most powerful servants. But if the Toa can remove the Rahi's masks, the beasts can be tamed. Squeeze Muaka and Kane-ra's mid-section and their heads extend out with snapping fangs to knock off each others masks. Includes both Muaka and Kane-ra. Each measures 12" tall and 6" wide.
