“Lewa Nuva is a very nice figure. Tall and slender, he sports a quite light weaponry when compared to other Toa Nuva and his colour scheme in Green and Lime is perfect for the jungle environment.”

“The Kanohi Nuva are quite interesting, and a wonderful feature of the Nuva. This makes Lewa Nuva a really good model, as his Kanohi Nuva stands out. On Nuva Pakari the first thing that will strike you is that it's enormous... and the Miru Nuva has teeth!”

“The Lewa Nuva set was released in summer 2002 as one of the six Toa Nuva sets. Turning a gear in Lewa Nuva's back causes him to swing his Air Katana up and down. By combining pieces from Lewa Nuva with 8570 Gali Nuva and 8571 Kopaka Nuva, one can build Wairuha Nuva.”
