LEGO 8739 Toa Hordika Onewa is a Bionicle Toa Hordika set released in 2005, containing 48 pieces. “Hordika Onewa is awesome and I was sad to see him cured back to Toa Metru in the movie, but that is only a movie. You can always make up the REAL story (in which Hordika Nokama turns evil and gets a Vezon cape and kills Vakama, Nuju and Whenua and it is up to Onewa and Matau... More to stop her and her 5 Visorak - she kicked the black Visorak of a waterfal where he was eaten by Keetongu)”

“Onewa wears a light brown mutated Great Kanohi Komau. The set also includes two silver Rhotuka spinners, one of which is marked with a Kanoka Code. Onewa's right forearm can be moved up and down by turning a gear near his shoulder.”

About Bionicle Toa Hordika

The Toa Metru were BIONICLE heroes that were briefly mutated into half-beasts called Toa Hordika in the second half of the arc. The six Toa Metru were Vakama, Nokama, Matau, Onewa, Whenua, and Nuju. Initially Toa Metru had Toa powers such as strong control over their element, personal tools used mainly for directing their elemental power, and a Kanohi Mask granting an additional ability but due to their inexperience their powers were not completely developed.

Toa Hordika was introduced in 2005 and currently consists of 6 sets. As of today, 8736 Toa Hordika Vakama is the most valuable Toa Hordika set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $146.
