LEGO 8741 Toa Hordika Nuju is a Bionicle Toa Hordika canister set released in 2005, containing 48 pieces. The build depicts Nuju in his mutated Hordika form with two Hordika Teeth tools and a Rhotuka frost spinner launched via a ripcord mechanism. “Hordika or metru, nuju is one of the best. The weapons have different colors, white and a light blue, like vakama with red and orange in his claws. The mask isn't symetrical, but have the different eye in the same side of nuju metru. The mask is cool, but short, and maded... More for the hordika head. He includes a spinner launcher on his back, i really like that.”

About Bionicle Toa Hordika

The Toa Metru were BIONICLE heroes that were briefly mutated into half-beasts called Toa Hordika in the second half of the arc. The six Toa Metru were Vakama, Nokama, Matau, Onewa, Whenua, and Nuju. Initially Toa Metru had Toa powers such as strong control over their element, personal tools used mainly for directing their elemental power, and a Kanohi Mask granting an additional ability but due to their inexperience their powers were not completely developed.

Toa Hordika was introduced in 2005 and currently consists of 6 sets. As of today, 8736 Toa Hordika Vakama is the most valuable Toa Hordika set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $146.
