“Different motors have different control options – for the train motor the up/down buttons increments through 10 speed settings, for the medium motors it offers a “bang-bang” style control, they only have zero or full power state.”

“Component 88010 is the Powered Up Remote Control. First up, it’s tiny! At least compared to the old 9V train controllers and the old Power Functions remotes. Truthfully, though, it’s about the size of a game controller, and handling it was no problem. I actually liked using... More the push buttons for control instead of rotating dials.”
