About LEGO Town Seasonal
The one Town Seasonal set is 1807 Santa Claus and Sleigh from 1995. It builds a small sleigh with black runners and a white platform for gifts, and Santa has gray legs and a backpack of colored tiles for presents. It had a limited release, was first seen in New Zealand and reached the United States through Shop At Home in 1998.
1995 LEGO Sets
1995 marked LEGO’s 60th anniversary and the 40th anniversary of the LEGO brick, a year of innovation and reflection. LEGO Technic CyberMaster blended mechanical engineering with early computer control, foreshadowing Mindstorms and LEGO’s digital future. For younger builders, LEGO Primo debuted as a pre-DUPLO system introducing infants to basic stacking play. Aquazone launched as LEGO’s first dedicated underwater adventure line, featuring the Aquanauts and Aquasharks. Castle expanded with the Royal Knights faction, while the company mourned the passing of Godtfred Kirk Christiansen, whose System in Play philosophy shaped LEGO’s legacy.
