In 2007, LEGO collectors saw a major milestone with the launch of the Modular Buildings theme, a high-detail, expert-level series that became one of LEGO’s most iconic and investible product lines. The first two sets in the series, Café Corner (10182-1) and Market Street (10190-1), introduced advanced architectural techniques, intricate detailing, and interconnectivity, laying the foundation for a new standard in LEGO city-building for adults.
