By constructing models, participants give tangible form to abstract thoughts or complex ideas. These sets are not standalone but are intended to be used in guided sessions facilitated by a trained LEGO Serious Play facilitator. The facilitator guides the participants through specific prompts and questions, leading them to build models that represent ideas, challenges, or visions related to the topic of discussion.
