LEGO Serious Play sets are designed to facilitate communication, problem-solving, and team-building within business and organizational environments. These sets contain a variety of LEGO bricks and elements that participants use during structured exercises led by a trained facilitator. By constructing models, participants give tangible form to abstract thoughts or complex ideas. These sets are not standalone but are intended to be used in guided sessions facilitated by a trained LEGO Serious Play facilitator. The facilitator guides the participants through specific prompts and questions, leading them to build models that represent ideas, challenges, or visions related to the topic of discussion.
2013 LEGO Sets
2013 introduced Legends of Chima, a heavily promoted fantasy line positioned as Ninjago’s successor, complete with a companion TV series. Licensed debuts included Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Lone Ranger, and new DUPLO tie-ins for Jake and the Never Land Pirates and Mickey Mouse. Collectors pursued the ultra-rare Mr. Gold minifigure from Series 10, limited to just 5,000 worldwide. This year also marked LEGO’s shift from 4-digit to 5-digit set numbering as Monster Fighters, SpongeBob SquarePants, Cars, and Dino concluded.
