About LEGO Minifigure Series

The LEGO Minifigure Series, also known as Collectable Minifigures, was introduced in 2010 and features bling bags of a random LEGO minifigure, each being an original character with new designs, clothing and facial expressions, and most contain previously unseen accessories. Most subthemes contains characters based on movies, sports, history, and popular culture and there are a number of subthemes that are based on licensed products such as The Simpsons, DC heroes, Harry Potter and numerous others.
2017 LEGO Sets
Two films anchored 2017: The LEGO Batman Movie and The LEGO Ninjago Movie, each with extensive waves and a dedicated CMF series. BrickHeadz moved from limited releases to a full collectible line, and LEGO Boost introduced approachable coding and robotics. Several short-lived lines from prior years, including the BIONICLE reboot and Mixels, were no longer active.
