About LEGO 60 Year Classic Series

In 2016 to celebrate LEGO's 60th year anniversary of the brick, LEGO group released a promotional subtheme known as the 60 Year Classic Series which released a number of sets that celebrated this occasion and were based on icon wooden LEGO sets pre-brick. These sets represented icon classic wooden LEGO sets with included Classic Wooden Duck, Classic Wooden Bus, Classic Wooden Train and the Classic Heritage Wooden Truck.
2018 LEGO Sets
In 2018, The LEGO Company celebrated the 60th anniversary of the brick and introduced a number of sets to commemorate this. This year also so a number of new and revisited themes including the return of Harry Potter sets after 6 years. New themes such as Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, The Powerpuff Girls, Unikitty! and Solo: A Star Wars Story was added to LEGO Star Wars. We also so the discontinuation of LEGO Dimensions and Nexo Knights.
