“Despite some minor design issues and assembly challenges with the upper level, it’s a great set that would look great in any city set. I think it would be a bit small for a larger passenger train to stop at, but one with one or two cars works. I’m glad I picked this one up... More when I did as I’m sure it’s going to a hefty price on Bricklink or Ebay.”

About BrickLink Designer Program

The minifigures of the 2021 BrickLink Designer Program are the casts of its fan designs, made by LEGO only for these sets. The castle brought archers and defenders, the train station travellers, train drivers in safety vests and a station master, and the 1950s diner a chef, a waitress and its patrons. The observatory came with a lecturer, visitors and a white astronaut mannequin, and the modular LEGO Store with a store employee. Small touches run through them, such as visitors in Classic Space shirts, a nod by fan designers to LEGO's own history.
