“Firefighter cty0302 is currently among the lower-performing minifigs figures within the Forest Firefighter category, where the lower quartile is approximately $5. It is also the most widely owned Seasonal minifigure, which currently limits its market performance.”

Review for LEGO set 4430 Fire Transporter from Brickipedia
“It features an all-terrain, 8-wheeled vehicle, large off road fire truck, and a command center/transport trailer to hold tools, controls and the smaller vehicle. The 8-wheeled vehicle features fully independent suspension, a rare play feature in any set.”

About City Seasonal
The Seasonal minifigures come mostly from the LEGO City Advent Calendars, opened one door at a time in December. Santa Claus is in almost every one, in a different outfit each year, joined by elves, a snowman and an elf mailman. Each calendar also brings City people in winter clothes, ice hockey players, skaters and families, and children dressed as a Christmas tree, a polar bear or a reindeer. The police and their crooks are regulars too, including a prisoner in a striped jail suit. Many of these figures were made only for the calendar of their year.
