Morro first appeared in the LEGO Ninjago franchise as the main antagonist of Season 5, but he is not a character in Dragons Rising. Instead, Dragons Rising features new characters and plotlines separate from Morro's appearance in earlier seasons. In his original story, Morro was the Elemental Master of Wind and served as the leader of the Ghost Warriors. He was once a student of Master Wu before he turned rogue. Morro sought the Realm Crystal to open the portal to other realms. In his pursuit of power, he was ultimately defeated by the Ninja team. While Morro is not part of the Dragons Rising storyline, he is a notable character in the overall Ninjago series.
