LEGO 1187 Glider is a Castle Ninja set released in 1999, containing 23 pieces and 1 minifigure. The set builds a small ninja glider armed with two spears and includes the Ito minifigure in a dark gray outfit. It was distributed as a regional promotional polybag, available through New World supermarkets in New Zealand and via Little Chef in the UK. The set is identical to 3019 Ninpo Big Bat.

“The LEGO System Set 1187 "Glider" from 1999 is a simple yet classic set featuring 23 pieces and one ninja minifigure. The minifigure is well-detailed, with a dark gray suit, golden armor, and a black katana, showcasing an early version of the Ninjago theme. Although the glider build is basic, it's a fun addition that offers some playability, and at an affordable price.”

Ninja consists of 29 sets that ran from 1998 to 2000. As of today, 3346 Three Minifig Pack Ninja #3 is the most valuable Ninja set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $788.
