“There was tremendous excitement around the release of the original Minecraft set, which was of course the first product of the LEGO global Cuusoo programme. This was partly because we didn't know what to expect. Now that we do, these are perhaps not as exciting as the... More original and are really just 'more of the same'. What that means then, is that if you loved the original, you'll want this and the other set released today, to display with it. If the first set did nothing for you, then this one won't either, unless you look at it purely as a parts pack given that it features more interesting and rarer colours.”

“The Nether 21106 Lego Minecraft set has 469 pieces and is based on the world behind the nether portal. The set includes 2 Ghasts and a Zombie Pigman. Again, it should be noted that the majority of the pieces in this set are singular 1×1 lego blocks which do require some... More dexterity to build. The Nether, for those who have managed to avoid the finer details of Minecraft, is a bit of a sub-world to the main game. As such, this Lego set should only be purchased as an addition to a main-world set, otherwise, your child may feel a little disheartened without any place to port back to.”
