21601 LEGO Minecraft The Wolf Puppy House

LEGO 21601 The Wolf Puppy House is a rumored Minecraft set due in January 2027, with an expected retail price of $19.99. It is one of 7 rumored Minecraft sets for 2027.

Forecast Model

This represents the expected annual growth (CAGR) based solely on a forecast model.
The Wolf Puppy House is a medium-sized Minecraft "animal house" build that turns a sitting or lying wolf puppy into a giant base with a furnished bedroom or hideout inside, opened through a hinged back or roof section. Around it you get a small training yard with grass, fencing and a bone-shaped feeder, plus a new Wolf Tamer hero minifigure, a couple of wolf puppy mobs in wild and tamed variants, and a skeleton as the hostile target.
Details are based on early reports and may change before LEGO's official announcement.
Collector and Investor Insights
Minecraft animal-house sets such as The Fox Lodge and The Axolotl House have given the theme a repeatable collector niche, and a wolf-themed version adds one of the game’s most recognizable mobs to that formula. The outlook looks better than a generic small retail Minecraft set because the animal-shell house format, tame-versus-wild wolf angle, and character-specific Wolf Tamer figure give it clearer identity than standard terrain builds.

About Minecraft Minifig-scale

The LEGO Minecraft theme is based on the video game Minecraft and a collaboration between Mojang and the LEGO Group. Sets in this theme were all based on the traditional LEGO minifigure scale. Minecraft is a sandbox indie game originally created by Notch (Markus Persson) and later developed and published by Mojang / Microsoft. The official release occurred in 2013 with the first set, Minecraft: Micro World: The Forest, released under LEGO Ideas and was created by Mojang through the LEGO CUUSOO program in 2012. At MineCon 2013, LEGO announced brand new minifigure-scale Minecraft sets.

Minifig-scale was introduced in 2014 and currently consists of 129 sets. As of today, 21137 The Mountain Cave is the most valuable Minifig-scale set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $1,717.
