LEGO 2164 Whale is a Basic FreeStyle set released in 1997, containing 9 pieces. The micro build depicts a stylized whale using black slopes on a blue plate, incorporating a red 2x2 brick printed with black-and-white eyes on opposite sides. It was issued as a regional promotion with the Sabah newspaper in Turkey and was also available through the LEGO Shop in Japan.
