Brickset
“The jet ski scuba ranger is the second mini set from a 10-set Shell promotional collection handed out at gas stations in 1998. It is approximately equivalent to the modern polybag promotional sets in scope and intend. Similar to a polybag, the instructions are printed on a... More foldable sheet, and all the bricks come in a single bag. The one notable difference is that the set comes in a neat small cardboard box that enhances its appeal as a gift.”

BrickEconomy Member Review
“The Jet Ski Scuba Ranger is a charming 22-piece promotional set from Shell’s collection, featuring a vibrant red and yellow color scheme. Though the build is quick, it includes some unique elements like a dolphin-printed diver and clever design details on the jet ski, such as accessory hooks and a banked turn positioning feature. While the set's scenario may raise some playful questions, it offers a fun nostalgic glimpse into late '90s LEGO promos”
