LEGO 2890 Stone Bomber was a 22 piece Castle promotional set with 1 minifig released in 1998. This was released as a promotional set in Japan and is the same as set 1917, the King's Catapult released in 1993.
Stone Bomber is an extremely old and very rare LEGO set. We have not seen set 2890-1 currently for sale online or in the hundreds of retail stores in good/new condition in over 2,461 days. Because of the rarity of this hard to find set the current estimated value of $62.71 might actually be much lower than the true value, assuming this set can be found for sale.

“This is one of the small sets of the castle theme, black knights subtheme. Same set as 1917, the "Stone Bomber" was released in 1998 and was packaged with Kabaya sweets, so, it is a promo set, and includes few pieces. The minifigure included is a black knight, simple... More designed but nice, because it still in a simple Lego minifigure style, and have a cool color scheme, with some red, yellow and black details, also includes a helmet and a sword.”

About Castle Black Knights

The Black Knights were a faction of the Castle theme introduced in 1998. A total of 13 sets were released containing 3 major castles. Most of the castles and fortification where colored black and their symbol was a wyvern dragon. While The Black Knights subtheme was discontinued after 1994 the crest was still used in later sets.

Black Knights consists of 14 sets that ran from 1988 to 1998. As of today, 6086 Black Knight's Castle is the most valuable Black Knights set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $4,989.
