Brickset
“This is one of the small polybag sets that tend to show up in the check-out aisle of stores like Target in the US. The price on these sets is generally very reasonable, typically $4US. The set includes a nice police officer minifig. In this case he is wearing gray gloves, a... More zip up jacket, and a white cap.”

BrickEconomy Expert Review
“This LEGO set features a detailed police officer minifigure donned in gray gloves, a zip-up jacket, and a white cap, although a ball cap might have been a more fitting choice over the police cap, which can be easily swapped out. The boat itself is compact but aesthetically pleasing, equipped with a small windshield, a searchlight, and a miniature engine, adding to its realism and charm.”

About City Police

Police has been part of LEGO City from the start in 2005, and police sets go back further still, to the Town theme of the late 1970s. Police comes back every year or two with a new wave built around a police station, the anchor of the range, which has been rebuilt every few years since 7237 Police Station of 2005.

Police was introduced in 2005 and currently consists of 110 sets. As of today, 7237-2 Police Station is the most valuable Police set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $496.
Summary
City Police Police Boat set 30002 was released in October 2009, retailing for $3, but has since been retired. New, unopened Police Boat sets are valued at $6, while used sets can be found for $4.
