“Overall this is a nice polybag. The mech is really nice and captures that Anacondrai look. The arms are nice (for a polybag) and have good mobility with 180 degree movement in all directions. On the left arm you have a shield and on the right arm the sword. The legs are... More identical with the white teeth as armor. The legs also have nice mobility as well. Sleven is a nice figure to get with very good printing on it. I recommend this set to any Ninjago fan or collector.”

“Alongside 30080 Ninja Glider, the Anacondrai Battle Mech is one of the only two polybags to make an appearance in the show. Additionally, it's the only one to be mentioned on the official website, namely in Sleven's official description.”

About Ninjago Tournament of Elements

Tournament of Elements was based on the fourth season of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and the theme is based on the ninjas against Anacondrai Cultists and Master Chen. The sets focused on ninja vehicles, Anacondrai warrior vehicles, and Chen's Island locations. Because the wave included two suits for each ninja instead of one, most of the ninja minifigures were exclusive to one set at the time of this wave's release.

Tournament of Elements was introduced in 2015 and currently consists of 14 sets. As of today, 70749 Enter the Serpent is the most valuable Tournament of Elements set with an estimated new/sealed value of $351.
Summary
Ninjago Tournament of Elements Anacondrai Battle Mech set 30291 was released in January 2015, retailing for $4, but has since been retired. New, unopened Anacondrai Battle Mech sets are valued at $20, while used sets can be found for $5 in good condition.
