Titanium Dragon Reviews
Is this LEGO set a good investment?
“While Titanium Dragon has been only slightly overperforming the average yearly growth of many sets Ninjago sets, with an average annual growth rate of 11%, this set is strong investment for many LEGO collectors.”

“Beside the dragon's aesthetic that I am maybe the only one to dislike - the set is very playable, and Ninjago sets are often seen with an interesting discount. So in my opinion I would say that with a lower price why not - else better add some extra money and go for the... More fantastic 70749.”
“The Titanium Dragon is a set that was released as part of the "tournament of elements" line and has a nice new style for the Ninjago dragons. The "anacondrai" in this set receive a small defense with a few weapons and a chain-bola launcher. The outpost also seems to be... More guarding a key-this was fairly well done.”

About Ninjago Tournament of Elements

Tournament of Elements was based on the fourth season of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and the theme is based on the ninjas against Anacondrai Cultists and Master Chen. The sets focused on ninja vehicles, Anacondrai warrior vehicles, and Chen's Island locations. Because the wave included two suits for each ninja instead of one, most of the ninja minifigures were exclusive to one set at the time of this wave's release.
Tournament of Elements was introduced in 2015 and currently consists of 14 sets. As of today,
70750 Ninja DB X is the most valuable Tournament of Elements set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $280.
Summary
Ninjago Tournament of Elements Titanium Dragon set 70748 was released in March 2015, retailing for $40, but has since been retired. New, unopened Titanium Dragon sets are valued at $116, while used sets can be found for $62 in good condition.
