About Creator 3 in 1

Creator 3 in 1 sets come with instructions for three different models from the same bricks, built one at a time. The trick is in the design. Every part has to work in all three models, so the tiger of 31129 Majestic Tiger also builds a panda and a koi fish, and many builders keep the parts from a set as a starter supply of ordinary bricks.
3 in 1 was introduced in 2006 and currently consists of 252 sets. As of today,
4997 Transport Ferry is the most valuable 3 in 1 set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $312.
Summary
Creator 3 in 1 Twinblade Adventures set 31020 was released on December 2, 2013, retailing for $18, it has since been retired. New, unopened sets are valued at $25, while used sets sell around $10.

Spin the massive rotors of the powerful 3-in-1 Twinblade aircraft!
This Twinblade aircraft is literally revolutionary! Spin the rotor blades and lift off like a helicopter. Then rotate the engines 90 degrees and power forwards like an airplane while the dual tail fin ensures steady flight. With its red and white coloring and engine exhaust details, the Twinblade is easy to spot high in the sky. Back on the ground, use the ramp to access the cargo hold, and when you want a new challenge, rebuild it into an old-fashioned biplane or a speedy helicopter.
