“The LEGO Employee Gift 4002022 comes in at 1,209 pieces and features the minidoll versions of classic LEGO Friends characters such as Stephanie, Mia, Olivia, Andrea, Emma, and a costumed Santa figure. The set features a colorful fireplace with a touch of LEGO Friends... More aesthetic. It also features several references to previous LEGO Friends sets in the form of printed(?) tiles and plenty of translucent pieces that serve as a glass-stained decor for the base of the fireplace. On top of the set is a room where the original characters of the theme are gathered for drinks and a little get-together and catching up.”

About Exclusive Employee Gift

LEGO Employee Gift sets are special sets created by the LEGO Group exclusively for their employees, typically distributed as holiday gifts or to mark significant company milestones. These sets are not sold to the public, making them rare and highly collectible. Examples include the 50 Years on Track set (4002016) celebrating the company's railway history, and the exclusive Christmas sets released annually. The tradition of employee gift sets began in 2008, and these sets often feature unique designs and themes, reflecting both the company's heritage and innovative spirit.

Employee Gift currently consists of 19 sets that as of now has run from 2008 to 2025. As of today, 4002019 Christmas X-Wing is the most valuable Employee Gift set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $1,470.
