“If you've run out of sets to build, or just feel like a bit of a change from Speed Champions or larger Technic sets you'll be glad to know that this month's LEGO Monthly Mini Model Build for August 2019 is a Race Car, as set 40328. It's around 5-wide, way below the Speed... More Champions scale and uses just 49 pieces in 20 build steps. The model has a good resemblance to an actual Formula 1 car and is designed in a red and black color scheme, vaguely reminiscent of Ferrari livery.”

About Monthly Mini Model Build

The LEGO Monthly Mini Model Build is an event that takes place at LEGO Stores around the world where stores offer a free LEGO model to kids ages 6-14. Kids visiting a LEGO Store can watch the monthly model being built and then receive one for free. There is a limit to participation as each store receives about 250 models each month.
