“This house is beachy in every aspect -- from the color choice, to the extended roof beams, and ocean side dock. The outside shower is another great aspect, since washing off sand is important before going inside. The new Flamingo is the perfect "S" shape and quite endearing... More in person. It's balanced on one leg -- as they do in real life. A baby Dolphin is always fun to see at the beach, however, the Sand Castle takes the prize from me! For the brick pieces used for building it, and being topped with an empty glass bottle -- it's just succinct.”

“This isn't the first time one of the Friends has had a beach house. Stephanie had one back in 2014, 41037 Stephanie's Beach House. 41037 and 41428 are very similar - both had two minidolls (Stephanie and Kate in 2014, Mia and Andrea here) - there was a kitchen for snacks... More (much more spacious in 2014), a relaxation area (overwater deck vs hammock), an upstairs bedroom, and of course, a bathroom (though the clamshell toilet surely wins on this score).”

About Friends

LEGO Friends sets are designed to appeal to girls and were introduced in 2012. The Friends theme includes mini-doll figures, which are around the same size as minifigures but are more realistic. LEGO Friends pieces are fully compatible with all LEGO System bricks and sets include pieces in pink and purple color schemes and depict scenes from suburban life set in the fictional town of Heartlake City.
