Brickipedia
“This set consists of three main parts: A police car, Uncle Ben's car, and a gated bit of fence (the set also consists of a fire hydrant, and a trash can). The Police Car, driven by the Highway Patrolman, looks like most LEGO cars of the time, but has a large police badge... More printed on it's hood.”

“It's part of the first Spider-Man movie and contains 2 vehicles, a gate and some accessories for your LEGO city you're building. Spidey has a double-printed torso and a red mask. He also comes with blue pants. This suit is the first suit which Spider-Man is wearing. All in... More all, it's a great set.”

About Spider-Man

The LEGO Spider-Man theme is the original Spider-Man series based on the first two movies. The theme was introduced in 2002 with the release of the first Spider-Man movie and was a sub-brand of the LEGO Studios theme. The frist series of sets released in 2003 were under the LEGO Studios branding. In 2004, in order to tie into the Spider-Man 2 movie, 7 new sets were released under the Spider-Man theme. After this series the theme was discontinued and LEGO lost the license to Spider-Man 3 to Mega Bloks. Spider-Man returned in the Marvel sub-theme LEGO Super Heroes.
