LEGO 4991 Police Helicopter is a City Police set released in 2007, containing 31 pieces and 1 minifigure. The set builds a small police helicopter with a simple rotor-driven design and was distributed as a regional promotional item rather than a standard retail release. It was included with the November/December 2007 issue of BrickMaster magazine and was also offered in Magic Box promotions at Quick fast-food restaurants across continental Europe in September 2007. In the UK and Ireland, the set was later given away with the Daily Mirror newspaper in October 2008.
