Brickipedia
“It contains a large, motorized police boat with helipad and a helicopter, two police officers and, a criminal or "convict". This is by far the largest police boat released to date (although 6483 Coastal Patrol contains more pieces). It also floats. This is one of the two... More police boats that was sold under the LEGO City theme.”
