Insights

Released and retired in 2007 as a promotional City Police tie-in, Police Helicopter (4991) drew collectible interest mostly from promo and City completionists, and its common helicopter motif plus giveaway distribution limits differentiation and long-term upside despite steady niche demand.

BrickEconomy Expert Review

“I found the LEGO set 4991, a City Police mini helicopter from late 2007 to early 2008, to be a neat little addition with its 31 pieces and a single minifigure. Its simplicity is its charm, with a straightforward build leading to a solid model featuring a glass cockpit that lifts, allowing for easy minifigure placement, and well-sized rotors that contribute to its aesthetic balance.”
