“The bulk of the set is devoted to the transporter, which is an odd premise to have made it through this many sets. For kids, it seems like the main attraction would be zooming the actual ATVs around, rather than piling them on to the back of a hefty, slow truck. As it... More stands, there’s nothing inherently wrong with 60148, but there’s not much to recommend it either.”
