Brickset
“Several smaller City sets have proven excellent during recent years and 60250 Mail Plane is another enjoyable creation. This aeroplane certainly looks impressive, due in particular to the aforementioned black stripes which run along either flank. The printed vertical... More stabiliser is significant too, substantially improving the detail and resultant realism of this model.”

The Brick Post
“Overall a great little set, although a little simple and the piece count is low it makes up for it in other ways. It's Minifigure scale and firs into a Winter or City scene easily. The Plane build is good with hidden letter compartments and printed tail. Minifigure, the Cool... More Postman, looks fab. The printing on the torso is good but some parts could be better. No alternative face which isn't really needed but shame there isn't one. Mini Post box build is also sufficient. Very basic construction but it works.”

About City Traffic

Traffic is the everyday side of LEGO City, the cars, trucks and service vehicles of ordinary city life, and it started in 2007 with working vehicles such as a cement mixer, a recycling truck and a heavy hauler. Garbage trucks, tow trucks, car transporters and campers come back every few years, and food trucks have become a habit, from pizza vans to an ice-cream truck. The road itself changed in 2021, when 60304 Road Plates brought in snap-together road plates that took over from the printed road baseplates LEGO had made for decades. LEGO's own delivery vans and trucks have also turned up as sets, in the company's red and yellow colours.

Traffic was introduced in 2007 and currently consists of 103 sets. As of today, 7642 Garage is the most valuable Traffic set with an estimated new/sealed value of $364.
Summary
City Traffic Mail Plane set 60250 was released on January 2, 2020, retailing for $10, it has since been retired. New, unopened sets are valued at $25, used ones can be found for $9.
