“As an AFOL, I have to acknowledge that there are a few new additions that will possibly be of interest to a subsection of the hobby who are interested in things appearing in new colours - of which there are a few that you don't need to be eagle-eyed to spot. It is not the... More cheapest (or most efficient) way to buy into the new road plate system, so if you are hoping for a route into the new pieces, I would suggest looking for other roads.”

The LEGO City theme is based on city life with the sets depicting city and emergency services, police, fire, airport, train, construction, and civilian services. The City theme proceeded LEGO Town which was replaced with LEGO World City in before it was rebranded as City in 2005.

General currently consists of 15 sets that as of now has run from 2018 to 2025. As of today, 60292 Town Centre is the most valuable General set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $165.
