Brickipedia
“The Cyborg Scout is a small UFO land vehicle. It has three wheels, with one in the front and two behind it. The pilot sits on an elevated section and has a control panel. There is a laser on each side, one larger than the other, with the smaller one being removable.”

Brickset
“One of the best small sets from that generation! A great addition to every collection of ground-vehicles and space models, if you don't expect something too special! It has no special functions or "special effects" But some vehicles in this category simply consist of a base... More plate, four wheels, a steering wheel and a pilot.”

About Space UFO

UFO was a LEGO Space subtheme of 1997 and 1998 about alien cyborgs in flying saucers with bright transparent green canopies. Its figures had printed cyborg faces and new helmets, and the ships used large moulded panels and dish shapes made only for this line, which gave them a look unlike any LEGO space ship before. 6900 Cyber Saucer was the largest, a full flying saucer, and smaller craft such as the V-Wing Fighter and the Cyborg Scout filled out the range. UFO ran alongside Roboforce and gave way to Insectoids in 1998.

UFO consists of 19 sets that ran from 1997 to 1998. As of today, 6979 Interstellar Starfighter is the most valuable UFO set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $714.
Summary
Space UFO Cyborg Scout set 6818 was released in August 1997, retailing for $3, but has since been retired. New, unopened Cyborg Scout sets are valued at $41, while used sets can be found for $6 in good condition.
