“Buy it! It's hard to find it at MSRP, but at $39.99 it's a must have for any fan of this line. Some recent playsets only feel recognizable due to the minifigs included, but this set goes above and beyond to make it uniquely Batman-themed. Fun play features, decent parts... More selection, and excellent minifigures. Get one if you can! You won't regret it.”

“I urge all of you to go out and buy this set while it's still there. This is really the perfect Batman set currently and I don't forsee any better ones in the near future. All I can do now is to build the Steel Mill around it.”

About DC Comics Super Heroes Batman

Batman is the DC Comics Super Heroes subtheme for Batman and the villains of Gotham City. Batman first had a LEGO theme of his own in 2006, and he came back in 2012 as part of the new Super Heroes line, the same year as the video game LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. Most sets put Batman against a single villain, so over the years the whole rogues gallery has turned up, from the Joker, Two-Face and Catwoman to less common foes like Man-Bat, Killer Croc, Clayface and Ra's al Ghul.

Batman consists of 53 sets that ran from 2012 to 2027. As of today, 10937 Batman Arkham Asylum Breakout is the most valuable Batman set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $394.
Summary
DC Comics Super Heroes Batman The Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape set 6857 was released in January 2012, retailing for $40, but has since been retired. New, unopened The Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape sets are valued at $199, while used sets can be found for $73 in good condition.
