Brickipedia
“The outpost had an inside, what looked like lounge or radio center and a top on it with a minifigure inside. It is made up of two floors. On the bottom of the lower floor are rocket boosters. On top of it, connected by a rotating brick, is the top section. It has a giant... More laser cannon, a control panel, a handheld-laser/scanner, and walls which can be opened.”

“This set completely misses the mark. It's a decorative showpiece disguised as a space base. I'm afraid I can't recommend this set for anyone but the die-hard Exploriens fan.”

“This is my favorite Space model of all time, so I may be a bit biased, but I think the value you get for the money is high. You get a number of odd parts to make your own MOCs. This set is easily worth it if you can find it for $15; Space enthusiasts might go as high as $20... More and it will still be a bargain.”
