LEGO 6981 Aerial Intruder is a Space Blacktron 2 set released in 1991, containing 267 pieces and 2 minifigures. The set features a T-shaped spacecraft with two modular enclosed cockpits, a transparent neon-green windshield, laser-equipped wings, rocket boosters, and six thrusters. About Space Blacktron 2

Blacktron 2, also known as Blacktron Future Generation was a followup Space subtheme to Blacktron and was released in 1991. Most of the sets were simply improved remake of the original Blacktron sets. The sets color designs were featured around black with white trim and transparent neon green canopies and the minifigures were redesigned with new uniforms and logo.

Blacktron 2 consists of 14 sets that ran from 1991 to 1993. As of today, 6988 Alpha Centauri Outpost is the most valuable Blacktron 2 set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $1,190.
