Monastery of Spinjitzu Reviews
Is this LEGO set a good investment?
“Most Ninjago sets have been increasing in value upwards of 6% per year but LEGO Monastery of Spinjitzu has consistently outperformed this by 42% with a typical yearly return of 11%. Looks like a pretty decent investment so far.”

“The Monastery of Spinjitzu is a great set. Firstly, even at full price, you are getting a great value in terms of the cost-per-brick, as well as the build time. Secondly, the build stays true to the source material, and looks great. Thirdly, you get some awesome Minifigures... More at a good brick:fig ratio. Finally, the set is good for display, and great for play. I highly recommend the Monatery of Spinjitzu.”
Blocks Magazine Issue 57
“Aside from being beautiful to look at, the one other saving grace of 70670 is the minifigure count. You can get the entire secret ninja force, plus Sensei Wu, in a single set. This comes at the expense of the bad guys as only a lone skeleton warrior is included to oppose... More them, but if you are new to the theme and looking to get a jump start on your spinjitzu warrior assortment, you need look no further than the Monastery of Spinjitzu. Great design, high value and a generous minifigure spread are diluted by a model that feels incomplete.”
