“The MechDragon is a decent set, with good pieces, great figures, some fun play features, and an awesome robotic dragon design. Lloyd and Garmadon are outmatched, but their car makes for an adequate ride and doesn't look too pathetic for a secondary vehicle. The MechDragon... More itself is massive, which can be a bit bothersome for posability, but it looks awesome and has fun play features from the saw blades to the blunt shooter to the tail.”

About Ninjago Rebooted

Sets in the theme are based on the third season of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, subtitled Rebooted. Sets focused on ninja vehicles and Nindroid vehicles. Rebooted was released in two waves, the first wave featured the Techno ninjas with robes had half-masks. The final two sets which depicted elements from the second story arc was the second wave. Techno Blades were the collectible items featured in Rebooted.

Rebooted consists of 11 sets that ran from 2014 to 2016. As of today, 70728 Battle for Ninjago City is the most valuable Rebooted set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $280.

Enter the MechDragon! Sensei Garmadon and Lloyd are trying to escape with the Techno-Blade in Nya's car, but Sensei Wu, who has turned evil, and the Nindroids are flying the MechDragon in hot pursuit. Drive clear of the MechDragon's fast-spinning circular saw blades on the huge wings and dodge the missiles fired from the cannon. Evade its mechanical mouth, giant claws and dangerous whipping tail. Evil Wu is at the controls with two other armed Nindroids below ready to jump off into battle. Don't let them capture the Ninja and imprison him in the hidden cell to power their MechDragon. Speed away in Nya's car and fire the harpoon and unleash flick missiles from the hidden cannons to repel them.
