“This set ended up being very different to what I thought it would be. Generally, I liked it much better than I thought it would, although it is not without its share of problems. However, it definitely has potential for MOCing and ideally you'd need two to make the badass... More Fortress that the heretofore homeless Trolls deserve!”

“A great set, with lots of things going for it! If it's a good price, grab it.”

The evil home of the Troll King, the final Fantasy Era Fortress — “The third Castle in this theme and just as good as The King's Castle Siege in my opinion. Maybe seems a bit overpriced but not if you consider you can use this both as a closed Castle and an open Fortress, a bit in the style of Helms Deep. The set has great minifigures and... More huge playability, the only problem is finding it for a reasonable price. I only can advise if you find it for a reasonable price to get it, certainly if you are a collector.”

About Castle Fantasy Era

Fantasy Era is the name fans gave to the Castle line of 2007 to 2009, when Castle came back with monsters. In 2007 the Crown Knights fought an army of skeletons led by an evil wizard, in sets such as 7094 King's Castle Siege and 7029 Skeleton Ship Attack. In 2008 the dwarves arrived, defending their mines against the trolls and their army, who came with war wagons, a battle wheel and a troll warship. The trolls were large new figures, and the line also brought new skeleton parts and helmets.

Fantasy Era consists of 21 sets that ran from 2007 to 2009. As of today, 7094 King's Castle Siege is the most valuable Fantasy Era set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $900.
