“In the arcade classic, they would freeze platforms and in further appearances, they would also freeze things. The LEGO version is a fairly big character and one of only two to use a white snowy platform. A NEXO Shield is used for the face and is the only printed element.”

“Freezie is an enemy made of ice who has a puzzled expression. That's certainly the case here. The decorated parts in the packs are all printed and there are also many unique re-colored pieces including, in this one, the 2x4 slopes in light royal blue. Each figure comes with... More a 4x4 biome plate which in most cases also feature interesting parts, often in unusual colors. Appropriately, this one is a piece of ice. They add a lot to the display-ability of the figures and of course allow them to be incorporated into your game circuit.”

This is the forth series of Character Packs (71402). A random Super Mario characeter was included in each pack. Figures include a Mechakoopa, Para-Biddybud, Stingby, Bully, Freezie, Ant Trooper, Goombrat, Coin Coffer, Scaredy Rat and a baby penguin. These characters are designed to be used with a Starter Course set, which is required for interactive play.

Character Pack Series 4 was introduced in 2022 and currently consists of 13 sets. As of today, 71402-12 Sealed Box is the most valuable Character Pack Series 4 set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $86.
