“The brick-built version is a blend of both, s the body is dark blue but the horns are yellow instead of gold, although they are facing forward. The only printed piece is the eyes, which are modelled after the recent versions of the character. Its base is a lava plate, with a... More stone wall, the studs on this are those with the recessed center, which should allow the feet of the Bully to connect to them. However, there’s zero clutch power between them.”

Bully can only be defeated by doing a somersault before scanning him. Doing so yields... More 10 coins. Subsequent scans produce only one.”

This is the forth series of Character Packs (71402). A random Super Mario characeter was included in each pack. Figures include a Mechakoopa, Para-Biddybud, Stingby, Bully, Freezie, Ant Trooper, Goombrat, Coin Coffer, Scaredy Rat and a baby penguin. These characters are designed to be used with a Starter Course set, which is required for interactive play.

Character Pack Series 4 was introduced in 2022 and currently consists of 13 sets. As of today, 71402-12 Sealed Box is the most valuable Character Pack Series 4 set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $86.
