Insights

Released for the Episode III era and long retired, Droid Tri-Fighter (set 7252) has seen notable sealed-value appreciation driven by prequel nostalgia, and its niche, minifig-light design and subsequent remakes add reissue risk and greater volatility to long-term returns.

Eurobricks

“I think it is a good set with a good price/parts ratio. It would later be included in the Ultimate Space Battle set and the buzz droid also rereleased in the Ahsoka's Starfighter set this year. It looks good for display too as it has an accurate design and goes well with... More Confederacy Vulture Droids.”

CollectionDX

“The Droid Tri-Fighter doesn’t have a lot going for it other than its appearance, so you have to base your opinions just on that and what you saw in “…Revenge of the Sith”. If you want something with a little more activity to it, this LEGO set may not be a good choice for... More you. But I still like it.”
