Great update, but nothing to race against — “I think this model in fantastic. It looks beautiful, is a fun build, and includes a nice, updated Padme Amidala from The Phantom Menace. The 20th Anniversary Luke is an odd inclusion, could have been a figure from the first film but it is nice.”

“As a fan of podracers, this build did not disappoint. The best part about re-releases of Star Wars vehicles is that they benefit in terms of accuracy from the new parts issued. And even though sometimes they are subtle and minor changes, the outcome makes a huge difference.... More ”

About Star Wars Episode I

Episode I holds the sets from The Phantom Menace. They were part of the very first year of LEGO Star Wars in 1999, which was also the first time LEGO made a theme under licence from a film. The sets reached shops a couple of weeks ahead of the film, so builders had the podracers, the Naboo fighter and the Gungan sub before most had seen them on screen.

Episode I currently consists of 45 sets that as of now has run from 1999 to 2025. As of today, 7662 Trade Federation MTT is the most valuable Episode I set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $1,487.
Summary
