Super Hero Airport Battle Reviews
Is this LEGO set a good investment?
“Over that last few years Super Hero Airport Battle has been a particularly good investment for Marvel Super Heroes collectors with an annualized growth of upwards of 18.6% per year. However, there is market indication that the set will experience a slight annual growth decrease in the coming years, but this should be only by a few percentage points at most. When compared to the vast majority of set in the Marvel Super Heroes theme, this set is still an excellent investment for collectors.”

“I'd say this set is definitely a good set. The minifigure selection is outstanding, the playability is good, and no complaints about the price. That said, the Quinjet and the Control Tower builds could be better. Worth picking up if you still can.”

Brickset
“Super Heroes sets typically provide huge play value by virtue of the minifigures alone but this is a truly extraordinary offering. Not only does the set include plenty of characters with a range of different powers and scales but the models also contribute to the playability... More and are a great improvement over most Super Heroes models which are little more than a backdrop for the minifigures in many cases.”

About Marvel Super Heroes Captain America Civil War

LEGO Captain America Civil War is a subtheme of Marvel initially released in 2016 based on the film Captain America: Civil War produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. Sets are based on the film's plot in which political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability when the actions of the Avengers lead to collateral damage. This deeply divides members of the team as Captain America believes superheroes should remain free to defend humanity without government interference and Iron Man sharply disagrees and supports oversight.
Captain America Civil War was introduced in 2016 and currently consists of 5 sets. As of today,
76051 Super Hero Airport Battle is the most valuable Captain America Civil War set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $200.
Summary
Marvel Super Heroes Captain America Civil War Super Hero Airport Battle set 76051 was released in March 2016, retailing for $80, but has since been retired. New, unopened Super Hero Airport Battle sets are valued at $200, while used sets can be found for $166 in good condition.
