“I think it's a great set. It's current price is too high but I think it will soon drop. The color scheme (dark red, dark tan, black and pearl gold) is wonderful. I HATE these red and grey underwater vehicles. There are 6 minifig + one old-style skeleton. The gatekeeper is... More great and its speckle black-gold armor and helmet are particularly amazing. The overall design is great, the diaphragm is a good find and the building is pleasant.”

“The completed model looks awesome. It is very large, it also has some good height with the stargate. the gold pieces really stands out with the black wall. What makes this really stand out is the stargate and the shark mouth. They look super cool, and are also fun to use.... More when you lift the upper jaw of the shark, the lower jaws will also open. The treasure rings are the keys to the stargate, rotating the turn table won't open the stargate, unless you use the treasure ring as a key which is an awesome feature.”

About Atlantis

The Atlantis was a theme introduced in 2010 whose story line is about a group of explorers that are searching the sea floor for the eponymous lost city of Atlantis from ancient myths. The theme reprises several elements from earlier underwater LEGO themes including Aquazone, Divers and Aqua Raiders. The Atlantis theme also has a more elaborate back story than its predecessors, showcased on a dedicated website. Each of the sets are equipped with a wide array of red futuristic underwater vehicles with light green viewports and weaponry.
