“Lego have come along way since the first TIE set they produced all those years ago. I like the new pilot though the set could have included a special minifig like Grand Admiral Zaarin though I understand that few people would know who he was. For once the prince seems fair... More for a Star Wars set in the UK which is odd or I'm just getting use to the price, I'm certainly planning on getting a few more in the future.”

“This LEGO TIE Defender set is a great addition for Star Wars fans, especially those who remember the classic TIE Fighter PC game. While the build can feel repetitive due to the symmetrical design, the finished model is impressive, larger than expected, and true to the original ship. The minifigures, especially the pilot and bonus stormtrooper, are well-designed, though the lack of cockpit controls and slightly stiff flick-fire missiles are minor drawbacks.”
