Lego Set #8103 comes with a new version of the Hikaru... More minifig different from the previous year’s: a new ‘flight suit’ of navy blue and gold, and he has the same two separate facial expressions.”

The LEGO ExoForce Golden City theme is a part of the larger ExoForce theme, shifting the narrative to a gleaming, advanced city setting.
