“The Dust RoboRider set offers a unique experience, despite a few minor flaws. Its "spear-moving action" and thrusting spikes add a dynamic feature that enhances playability, and the dark gray wheels give it a distinctive and appealing color scheme. While the wheel launcher might be tricky to figure out, and the rubber bands can wear out over time, the set's compatibility with other Technic and system pieces makes it highly versatile.”
 

About Technic Robo Riders

LEGO Robo Riders (RoboRiders) was a TECHNIC theme launched in 2000 that were designed as robotic, anthropomorphic bikes, complete with a faceplate and special gear to suggest adaption to a specific environment. The Robo Riders succeeded Slizer and was replaced by BIONICLE in 2001 with only eight retail and eight promotional sets being released.

Robo Riders was introduced in 2000 and currently consists of 16 sets. As of today, 8516 Super RoboRider is the most valuable Robo Riders set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $120.
